Do I get to choose my meals?
Yes! That’s the beauty of Nourish, all of our meals are custom, which means you get to select what goes with what. Customize a plan that works best for you.
Are your meals frozen?
No, our meals are delivered fresh and never frozen. When you get your order, simply unload and place your meals directly in the refrigerator. When you are ready for a meal, all you have to do is heat and eat.
Is there any cooking? Are your meals pre-portioned?
No, there is never any cooking with Nourish. Our complete meals come ready to eat so you can enjoy at your own convenience. We take care of the shopping, cooking and cleaning! What will you do with all of your newfound free time? All of our meals are pre-portioned based on your selections.
How do you make healthy meals taste so delicious?
We know if food doesn’t taste great, eating healthy can be really hard. That’s why we have a really talented team of chefs building nutritious recipes with only the best ingredients. Best of all is that your tummy will thank you.
Do you accommodate specific diets or allergies?
We accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and our entire menu is free of gluten and peanuts. Additionally, our facility is gluten and peanut free to limit cross contamination. If you don’t eat red meat, fish, shellfish or pork - you have plenty of options to work around. Where and when do you deliver?
We deliver every day, but the majority of our clients choose Sundays to start the week in the right path. After placing your order, you will be given the option to select a delivery day that works best for you. Orders with a next day delivery are required to be placed before 11:00 am. You can also choose to pick up your order at 2030 Texas Ave.
